Eli Wilson, a 21-year-old singer-songwriter from Berrien Springs, Michigan, will perform as an opener for musical artist Zach Hood on Nov. 19, 2024. Wilson is set to enthrall fans at one of Los Angeles’ iconic music venues, The Echo.

Wilson is a senior studying marketing at Andrews University who is finding purpose through sharing his experiences. He has been making music for five years and has entered the music industry in the past year. This upcoming appearance marks Wilson’s latest move in a year of dynamic growth and will be bringing his heartfelt lyrics to new audiences.

"I want to write songs people relate to,” Wilson said. Music has been his escape, a space where he finds solace and expression when he needs it most. Wilson’s approach to songwriting is distinct; he breaks away from contemporary music norms by choosing not to use explicit language, focusing instead on conveying his genuine emotions in a way that resonates with listeners of all ages.

Over the past year, Wilson has been taking frequent trips to Los Angeles and Tennessee, engaging in writing sessions with various producers and developing his artistic style. Since starting his career, he has worked with two labels, which has provided him with valuable industry experience and exposure.
