Change is Good
Over the coming months, you can expect to see a number of changes across Andrews University. Thanks to the generous donation of William Colson, the campus will benefit from a number of new and improved facilities. Before commencement in May 2008, motorists will be entering the campus through a new entrance. Not long thereafter, cows will be milked in a new dairy parlor, and students will eat in renovated dining facilities in the campus center.
Per the request of the donor, the funds will be divided between the following specified projects:
- Construction of the new entrance on Old US 31
- Two endowed chairs: one for the Marketing Department in the School of Business Administration and the second in the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary's Christian Ministry Department
- Construction of a milking parlor for the Andrews Dairy
- Refurbish the kitchen and dining facilities in the Campus Center
- Support for the educational program of the Aeronautics Department
