Fall 2018

The registration process is simply this: REGISTER FIRST THEN FINANCIALLY CLEAR

  • Course registration opens, March 26
  • Financial clearance opens July 1. You will receive an actual statement of accounts including fees, based on the courses you are registered for.

The following is a simple checklist of things that can be done now to ensure you are setup for fall semester 2018.

Housing: (main campus only)

  • Reserve Rooms/Apartment

Course Registration:

  • Confirm Program (undergraduate only)
          • Is your major, minor listed correctly?
          • For changes see Student Success – NH 100 – 269-471-6096
  • Meet with your Academic Advisor (undergraduate & graduate)
          • Register online through Registration Central

Financial Clearance:

  • File FAFSA – FAFSA.ed.gov  (if using federal aid)
  • Submit Financial Information Sheet (when applicable)
          • Available @ FinVue
  • Monitor your status in FinVue
  • If you would like assistance, Financial Advisors will be available at the “Last Stop” Finance Fair March 29 held in the Campus Center.

Important Dates for Fall Semester 2018:

July 1
  • Registration Central opens for fall financial clearance
  • Fall semester statements available
August 15
  • 40% of out of pocket expense for fall semester
  • Prior balance paid in full
August 20
  • 1st cancellation of unconfirmed course reservations (not financially cleared)
  • If you are financially dropped, you will need to re-register before financially clearing
September 5
  • Last day to drop/add without a fee (drop/add date)
  • Cancellation of unconfirmed course reservations (not financially cleared)
