What We Do
- We are first point of contact for all Andrews University faculty, staff, student and alumni technology support requests.
- We support all university-owned computers in offices, labs, and classrooms.
- Leverage automation tools to rapidly deploy needed changes to institutional computing devices.
- Support approved departmental servers and applications.
- Administer, maintain and support institutional computing devices such as desktops, laptops and mobile devices. This may include hardware and software installation and configuration.
