1. You forgot your password and have an alternate email address on file.

• Academic Records can assist you with your alternate email address.

2. You don't know your password and need to reset it.

• This must be done with the help of ITS Help Desk.
• Your name and Andrews ID number are required.
• You must email or call the ITS Help Desk to start this reset.

3. You don't have a password yet and need a username assigned to you.

Select “If you know your ID number…” and enter the following:

• Andrews ID number.
• First name.
• Last name.
• Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY).
• Last 4 digits of your United States Social Security Number (SSN).
  • If you do not have an SSN, please leave the field blank.

4. You know your password and need to change it.
