Andrews University offers students, faculty, and staff specialized computer discounts through two vendors: Dell and Apple. Discounts vary by model, available promotions, and other factors; there is no set discount rate. Purchases made through this program are strictly between the buyer and the vendor. Andrews University ITS offers only very limited support to personal computers on campus.

Google Workspace
Your andrews.edu account is a Google Workspace account that includes 250GB of cloud storage in Google Drive. You can also use Google Docs which includes filetype support for Microsoft 365 apps. Docs also has an offline mode; get started here.
Microsoft 365 apps
Current students in eligible programs and staff qualify for a Microsoft 365 (Office) license through Andrews University. The license also includes up to 1TB of OneDrive storage while you are a current AU member. To get started, visit our website.
OnTheHub discount software
OnTheHub is an affiliate of Andrews University, offering software at a discounted educational rate. Available software includes Adobe Creative Cloud, SPSS, and Corel Word Perfect. Staff should check with ITS before purchasing software through OnTheHub, as some software is included for regular employees.
Any software purchased through OnTheHub will need to be serviced by Kivuto Solutions in case of any issues.
Library software
The James White Library offers select software through their website, libguides.andrews.edu. Popular offerings include EndNote and Grammarly.
