What is Duo?

Duo protects your Andrews account by authenticating with multiple forms of identification:

Something you know, such as your password.
Something you have, like a smartphone or tablet.

Why Do I Want It?

By protecting your Andrews account with Duo, you can reduce the risk of someone gaining access to your account.
If someone has access to your Andrews account, they could:

Change your financial aid / direct deposit.
Commit identity fraud.
Read and send your email.
See your student health records.

How Do I Use It?

The Duo Mobile app for iOS and Android is the most popular option for authenticating with Duo.

You can also authenticate with a text passcode from Duo.
Hardware tokens and U2F keys are also supported.
