Before you drive

Check the Kingman Observatory event calendar before heading out to find out if an event has been cancelled.

Driving directions

From US-31, take exit 15 toward M-139 south.
Turn onto Campbell Drive toward Timber Ridge Manor.
Park in the visitor section (marked in blue) of the parking lot at Timber Ridge Manor.
Follow the white path marked on the map below.

Walking directions from campus

Take the path down to the Pathfinder Building. The path is located between Damazo Hall and Sutherland House.
Cross Lemon Creek over the bridge.
On the other side of the road there is a path that winds up the side of the hill.
When you reach the top of the hill, go right. You'll see the observatory.
