Job-Embedded. Participants use their work and life experience to develop competencies focused on an ongoin professional career.
Competency-based. The program is designed around a set of personal, interpersonal, organizational and research competencies.
Personalized and flexible. Participants adjust their academic tasks to their work schedule, educational needs, and career goals.
Socially constructed. Participants become partners in learning, both with faculty and other participants, through regular learning groups and virtual discussion with other participants.
Professional Conference. All participants attend an annual four-day conference in the summer at Andrews University--featuring guest speakers to discuss current issues in leadership.
