Biography
Jacquelyn Warwick is professor of marketing at Andrews University. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a PhD from Texas A&M University. As a professor, she teaches a variety of marketing classes for both undergraduate and graduate students in the classroom and online. Her goal is to help students understand both the value and the persuasive ability of marketing and to help them launch a career in marketing, become involved in marketing in the company they may work for or just make them a more informed consumer.
She actively serves her community as a member of various committees and boards such as the Advisory Council for the Women’s Business Center at Cornerstone Alliance. As a researcher, she has coauthored a monograph, "Scriptural Foundations of Business: Marketing," and authored articles published in the Marketing Management Journal, Journal of Consumer Marketing, American Business Review, the Journal for Marketing of Higher Education, the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, and the Northwest Journal of Business and Economics as well as cases published in Essentials of Marketing Management: Text and Cases and Journal of Biblical Integration in Business: Business Cases With a Christian Viewpoint. As a practitioner, she was involved in retail management for five years, owns her own small business and has served as a consultant for numerous businesses over the past 30 years. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys gardening, birding, camping and traveling.
