Guest Enrollment Guide

Need to fill a gap or enjoy a class or two without earning a degree? Be our guest! Use this step-by-step guide to apply, register, pay, and study online!

How to Find Class Info

How to Apply

  1. Apply to take a class. Create an account then apply as a guest or non-degree student.
    • Apply as an undergraduate guest to take classes with numbers 100-499.
    • Apply as a graduate guest to take classes with numbers 500 or higher.
  2. Email Admissions (undergrad@andrews.edu or graduate@andrews.edu) including your full name, phone number and type of application made, if you don't receive an admission email within 3 business days.
  3. Follow instructions once admitted to activate your Andrews username, set up your Andrews gmail and two-step verification. This video tutorial may be helpful.

How to Register & Pay

  1. In Registration Central, read each screen and follow directions.
  2. ENROLL in classes by entering the subject and course number. Select the right section - 901 self-paced open to enroll all the time, or 999 interactive with term-based start and end dates.  Check the pending list is correct, then submit. Registered classes show on your iVue/Student Profile page and on your learninghub (where your courses are found) dashboard.
  3. PAY in full (no payment plans for guests). This is the last step in Registration Central, and it includes options to pay by credit/debit card, electronic check (recommended), or international wire transfer.

How to Access Course Materials & Support

  1. Order textbooks online checking all info (not just ISBN) in the syllabus found in the course space. Amazon or VitalSource work best.  Please check whether required materials can be delivered (ebooks in most classes, but some print required) to your location before registering, to be sure you will have all required study materials by your start date. Always buy new when courses require supplemental materials with code access online.
  2. Check your Andrews gmail regularly. You are responsible for acting on information sent. Email helpdesk@andrews.edu for help with username, email and two-factor authentication set up.
  3. Courses show on your dashboard in learninghub on the start date.  Email dlit@andrews.edu if you need help.
