Who We Are
The Global Leadership Institute at Andrews University is a collaborative leadership development initiative supported by the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. Our mission is to promote the integrative development of Adventist leaders. For this reason we created LeadLab—a learning laboratory to grow leaders for mission, to support their learning on the journey of being an Adventist leader.
Powered by GLI
The LeadLab approach was developed by the Global Leadership Institute (GLI) at Andrews University. GLI is a collaborative leadership development initiative housed at Andrews University and supported by the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists (GC). As part of the GC Leadership Development Program, LeadLab provides a variety of opportunities for growing leaders to learn and apply.

“The higher the position a man occupies, the greater the responsibility that he has to bear, the wider will be the influence that he exerts and the greater his need of dependence on God. Ever should he remember that with the call to work comes the call to walk circumspectly before his fellow men. He is to stand before God in the attitude of a learner.”
—Ellen White, Prophets and Kings, p.30
