A professional certificate is issued to active participants who have completed the LeadLab Growth Series and its requirements. In addition, for those who want to go deeper, three graduate academic credits can be arranged by the participating Division or field through the School of Leadership at Andrews University for a nominal fee. These credits are transferrable into master’s or doctoral leadership programs at participating universities. To earn academic credit, participants must be actively involved in all LeadLab sessions, the weekly learning group, and engage in an application project.
