They must complete an Exit Prodedure Form which documents that applicable university departments have authorized clearance for the processing of the employee's separation. The form must be submitted to the Office Human Resources as soon after the last day of work. Additionally, this form initiates the farewell check process if the employee has worked at Andrews University for at least two years.
