Creating a Digital Signature
Use the following steps to create a new digital signature for use with fillable PDF forms:

Click the Signature field

Select “Configure Digital ID”

Select the appropriate option

For the new ID option, Click "Create a new Digital ID, Click Continue>

Click "Save to File," Click Continue>

Fill out Name (first & last required) and Email (required), Click Continue>

Browse to where you wish the Digital ID to be saved

Enter password and confirm, Click Save>

To sign the document, select the appropriate Digital ID

Enter password
-
Click Sign>

Save your signed request
