my active teaching assignments at Andrews University I regularly
conduct workshops for pastors and church leaders in five topic areas: - Discovering God's fingerprints in your life (How God develops leaders) (5 sessions)
- Cross-cultural competence in leadership (4-12 sessions)
- Overcoming immunity to change (3 sessions, each 90 minutes)
- How to develop leadership training programs (5-12 sessions depending on the scope of the organizational purpose)
- The pastor as a missional leader (5-7 sessions)
Recent
workshop contexts include Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Slovenia, Croatia,
Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Russia, Australia, Fiji, Netherlands,
England, France, Germany, NAD Non-Profit Leadership Certificate (USA),
Oman, Brunei, and other countries.
