- To create and implement classroom management materials
to use in the training of preservice teachers, including a philosophy of
classroom management strategy, management plan development, first days of
school, an overview of classroom management theory, and specific training
in classroom management which includes discipline, motivation, and
instruction.
- To give students the chance to be creative in
developing their own projects.
