Festive Thanksgiving Dinner

Why not take a break this Thanksgiving and allow someone else to do all the work? Andrews University Dining Services will be hosting a Festive Thanksgiving Dinner for the community on Thursday, Nov. 22, 2007 at the Terrace Café. Seating times will be at 11:30 am and 1:30 pm.


The all-you-can-eat vegetarian buffet will feature many delicious items, including: Sam’s chicken, soy turkey roast, almond wild rice pilaf, candied sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes with chicken gravy, Grandma’s dressing w/apples, cranberries & walnuts, PEI-blend vegetables, corn; a fresh salad bar including coleslaw, marinated mushrooms and an apple berry mold; and assorted warm breads. There will be a wide variety of desserts as well: pumpkin cheesecake, chocolate chunk pecan bars, apple pie, pumpkin pie, harvest cupcakes and assorted beverages.

Ticket prices are as follows: Prepaid tickets are $12.00 for adults, $10.75 for seniors (age 60+), children age 4–11 are $1.00 x the age of the child, and children 3 and under are free.  Prepaid tickets must be purchased by 5 pm on Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007.
