Must be okay with co-ed - currently one couple renting a single room with cat and dog, and a young woman renting another room. Certain areas are being remodeled, but this does not prevent use of any space. The ages of the three individuals already living there are in their 20s. There is one more room available, for a total of 4 people living in the house.
