Kimberly Pichot, DM, has worked for over 20 years to help over 300 organizations go from “getting by” to “exceeding expectations” through training and consulting in organizational development, marketing strategies for growth, team building and visioning for corporations, along with professional development modules for employees. She has also facilitated hundreds of workshops and strategic planning nationally and internationally. She possesses extensive knowledge of multi-cultural environments, having lived, studied, and worked in South America, Europe and Africa.
As the Dean of the College of Professions at Andrews University, she aims to provide academic excellence and practical business competencies to learners of all backgrounds. Her passion is to impart knowledge by facilitating learning and professional growth whether online, in the classroom, or community service outreach. She has run a consulting and coaching business in addition to her academic career and believes that success is attainable by anyone who dedicates themselves to personal and professional growth. She is fluent in Portuguese and French, in addition to English.
