Our Giving Day Goal: $2,000

This Giving Day Social Work is raising funds to help with departmental initiatives such as support for students who have costs associated with unpaid internships. We believe every student should have access to life-changing internship experiences—regardless of financial barriers. Unfortunately, many students must pass up unpaid internships due to the economic costs of participation.

Thanks to generous donors, like you, social work students Maci and Naissa completed their internship in Beirut, Lebanon, where they practiced trauma-informed social work with refugee children. Without donor support, opportunities like these would be out of reach.
