All Studios are furnished as well as some one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. All four-bedroom apartments are unfurnished.

Living Room: 1 sofa set, 1 desk and chair, 1 bookcase, 1 end table and 1 lamp
Kitchen: Refrigerator and electric stove
Dining room: 1 table and chairs
Dressing Room Area: 1 double dresser, and 1 twin bed
One-Bedroom
Living Room: 1 sofa set (or sofa and arm chair), 1 desk and chair, 1 bookcase, 1 end table and 1 lamp
Kitchen: Refrigerator and electric stove
Dining room: 1 table and chairs
Bedroom: 1 dresser or chest of drawers, 1 night stand, 1 table lamp, and 1 double or full-size bed
Two-Bedroom

What does "unfurnished" mean?
Houses
The University operates 36 houses. Rental rates range between $700 and $1,030/mo. Utilities are the resident's reponsibility. Houses are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. Houses range in size from one-bedroom to four-bedroom.
