Update #1
Effective Monday, May 9, 2022 any usage of Google services (Gmail, Drive, Photos, etc.) with your Andrews University account will require multi-factor authentication (MFA).
If you currently have your Andrews University account synced with your phone that means you will start receiving "Trying to sign in from another computer?" notifications when attempting to use services for the first time on devices. You may also be prompted to give Google your phone number or an alternate email address to allow recovery of your account if you have not already provided that information in the past.
If you do not have your Andrews University account synced with a device, then you will be prompted to enter a phone number where you can receive text messages to verify your identity when logging in to Google services going forward.
